I grew the operational team from four to 10 employees, managed five new billboard installations and five site relocations, and strengthened accountability, efficiency, and health and safety standards.

At New Wave Outdoor Media, I supported the CEO across administration, finance, contracts, suppliers, payroll, and project delivery. I helped expand the billboard portfolio from five to 20 sites, introduced a new accounting system, streamlined invoicing, and strengthened VAT and PAYE compliance.

At Atvance Empowered Risk Management, I completed a business audit within weeks and built the HR department from the ground up. I restructured HR, payroll, compliance, and business processes, restored statutory compliance, and supported the recovery of millions of Rand in training funding through corrected SETA compliance.

Across a 38-year career, I've built operational foundations, led teams of more than 30 people, implemented CRM, accounting, payroll, Microsoft 365, and document management systems, and delivered practical change for organisations including Barclays Africa, Bankserv, ABSA, and Catalyst Consulting.
