What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Project Coordinator with 14 years of experience supporting successful delivery across the public sector, large corporates, and creative environments. I manage complex workstreams and multiple priorities at once, keeping document control tight and communication flowing between stakeholders.
In my current role as Operations / Project Coordinator at Loveworld Global Network, I orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and oversee end-to-end delivery. I manage complex resource scheduling, own project documentation and digital asset management, and coordinate internal training programmes and communications to keep teams aligned.
Previously, as PMO Coordinator for NHS Sheffield, I coordinated transformation project activities across clinical, digital, and estates teams—maintaining RAID logs, project calendars, and status documentation. I also scheduled governance meetings, captured minutes and actions, tracked milestones/budgets/resources using Oracle Cloud, and ensured projects wrapped to protocol with the right assets delivered to completion.
