I am a Programme Management Office Lead with over 20 years' experience delivering PMO controls, governance and reporting across large portfolios and programmes, including data remediation and transformation work. I am PRINCE2 and SCRUM Master qualified and experienced in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
I have managed multi-million pound programme budgets, RAID logs, benefits tracking, stakeholder reporting and the creation of board-level slide packs and MI. I drive process adoption, secure document control in SharePoint/Teams, support resource and change management, and transitioned my current programme to MS Project Online.
