I am a board-facing operations and technology leader with over 21 years of experience in banking and NBFC operations, focused on digital lending and loan systems. I have built and scaled LOS/LMS platforms and automated processes to manage multi-crore portfolios.
As Chief Operating Officer and Founding Member at LivFin India, I led implementation of digital loan systems enabling ₹8,500 Cr+ of supply chain finance disbursements and spearheaded co-lending and fintech partnerships. I design risk and control frameworks aligned with NBFC and RBI standards, improving operational accuracy and audit readiness.
Previously, I led operations and technology transformations across X10 Financial Services, Intec Capital and other lending organizations, implementing LMS customizations, automation frameworks, and vendor integrations that reduced TAT and strengthened governance.
