I led implementation of the ASW workflow platform across servicing teams, moving customer requests from fragmented manual channels to a centralised workflow solution and generating 30–35% additional servicing capacity. Workflow digitisation and process redesign also helped reduce operational cycle times by 20% and deliver AUD 650K in recurring annual savings.

Earlier at ANZ, I led Commercial, Institutional and Wholesale Lending Operations. I supported operating model design and operational readiness for Institutional Banking Operations in Thailand and Myanmar, including governance frameworks covering more than 100 critical banking processes.
