I've led global product strategy and lifecycle management for Cepheid's GeneXpert molecular diagnostic systems, growing the installed base 15% year over year across 150 countries. I initiated a $100M third-generation GeneXpert program and built product-management practices, launch excellence, and customer-requirements processes across global teams.

At Grifols, I took Bloodstream Software from product definition to launch, supporting blood-screening operations and securing major US and Australian Red Cross contracts. Earlier at Illumina, I directed sequencing software and computing portfolios that helped grow revenue from $500M to $1B, while advancing faster, lower-cost genomic data processing.

I'm currently supporting Atila Biosystems' global-access strategy for PCR-based point-of-care HepC and TB testing, including NGO consortium development for R&D and clinical studies. My work spans molecular diagnostics, laboratory automation, sequencing, imaging, software, SaaS, and AI-enabled medical devices.
