What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dynamic, client-focused role where I can contribute ideas, deliver high-quality results, solve problems, and be mentored toward a successful career.

I've supported customers across Blake and Associates, Startek, CCI South Africa, Nimble Credit Solutions, and Outworx, handling inquiries, payments, complaints, account information, and collections procedures.

At CCI South Africa, I processed monthly team-stat data entry, resolved customer account issues, and assisted with training and mentoring new team members. In debt collection roles, I've negotiated payment plans, managed multiple accounts, and provided collection activity reports.

Alongside customer operations work, I've been working as a freelance fashion designer since 2022. I hold a Diploma in Fashion Design from Durban University of Technology and have placed in the Top 12 at South African Fashion Week.

I'm organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to create value for a company through communication, problem-solving, and client-focused service. I'm eager to contribute my ideas while being mentored toward a successful career.
