I manage Shopify optimization, landing pages, merchandising, customer journeys, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis through Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.

I direct creative production spanning photography, videography, packaging, website assets, advertising, and email, while coordinating agencies, freelancers, leadership, sales, operations, and customer support. I also lead influencer, creator, ambassador, loyalty, and community initiatives that strengthen awareness, retention, and repeat purchase engagement.
