At Evolvv Strategies, I advise owners of law, accounting and financial advisory firms on operations and client acquisition. I map how a firm runs, identify bottlenecks, and address them with process changes, software or automation.

I build custom software and AI-powered tools for client intake, follow-up, document drafting and other firm workflows, with human review points. I also design websites and brands, connect the systems behind them, and train client teams through handovers, documentation and online courses.

At Dupuis Analytics LLC, I co-founded a business intelligence consultancy and grew annual revenue from $400K to $3.7M. I built analytics solutions and Microsoft Azure data systems, and hired, trained and managed 16 full-time Power BI developers and data architects.

Before that I ran operations for three EF Education First language schools (95 staff, 900 international students a year, a $1.5M budget) and a boutique family law firm. I've hired and trained hundreds of people over about 20 years, and have taught AI courses to six companies. Available remote, 10 to 20 hours a week, any US time zone.
