What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-focused IT support professional with hands-on experience in ICT troubleshooting, helpdesk assistance, and user support. Currently, as an ICT Attachee at Kenya National Trading Corporation, I install and configure Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and operating systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve login/password and other technical problems for staff. I also support LAN setup, internet troubleshooting, and router configuration while responding to service requests professionally.
Before that, I worked as a Service Attendant at Ronco Cyber Café, assisting customers with computer usage, printing, scanning, and internet access, and resolving common computer-related problems in a fast-paced environment. I maintain functional and secure ICT equipment, handle multiple requests, and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology and bringing a strong record-keeping, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset to every support interaction.
