I am an Adult Learning Specialist with 15 years of experience guiding adult learners to success through clear, relatable communication and evidence-based instructional practices. I specialize in translating complex concepts into accessible learning experiences across group, online, and blended formats.

At the English Montreal School Board I led a digital transformation for 200+ adult learners, integrating EdTech with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace, and redesigned curriculum for effective e-learning delivery. I serve as a trusted primary contact for remote learners, handling onboarding, accommodations, and ongoing barriers to ensure smooth progression and high retention.

I also bring leadership and coaching experience — from founding and managing a senior baseball team to designing performance programs for collegiate and pro athletes — and I collaborate cross-functionally to build inclusive, high-performing learning environments.
