What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and deliver practical learning programs, facilitate diverse audiences, coach individuals and teams, and use outcome data to improve performance and organizational capability.

I've designed and delivered learning programs across education, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, sales, and community environments for more than 21 years.

At Lambton-Kent Community Health Centre, I designed education programs for Diabetes, COPD, Fibromyalgia, and cardiovascular health, supervised cardiac programs across two YMCA locations, and increased program retention by 30% within six months.

At Liberty University, I delivered presentations, orientations, and recruitment training, built community-college articulation partnerships, and exceeded recruitment objectives by 11% while growing transfer enrollment from 660 to 1,898 students.

I've also developed curriculum and assessments, facilitated Core French and ESL instruction, coached individuals and teams, and use outcome data to improve learning experiences for diverse audiences.
