I am an adaptable, energetic professional with hands-on experience across ground handling, hospitality, office administration and construction-related roles. I have consistently met tight operational deadlines and performance targets in fast-paced environments.

As a ground handler I managed airplane turnarounds in 25 minutes, operated various ground service vehicles, and supported staff rostering and safe operations. In hospitality and retail I handled customer service, cashiering, stock ordering and supplier negotiation during busy summer periods.

In construction/administration roles I supported quantity surveying tasks, scheduling, filing, accounts and daily office management while developing skills in construction law, health and safety and dispute avoidance. I have experience preparing reports to tight deadlines and providing day-to-day guidance to junior staff.
