What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine sales and customer service with event or sports operations—using my communication, time management, and safety-focused mindset to grow accounts, deliver excellent experiences, and keep learning.

I’m a Sales and Service Consultant focused on growing revenue and protecting customer relationships. At PlayFly Aspire, I perform outbound and inbound calls, manage and retain a large premium seating/season ticket/group sales account base, and grow sales significantly each week by attracting additional business leads.

I also bring hands-on operations experience from athletics and events. As a 2025 Equipment & Game Operations Assistant, I support football practice operations, run clock and field tasks, serve as game manager for soccer and field hockey, coordinate facility setup, and contact visiting teams and officials prior to home events.

Across my roles, I’m known for customer-first communication, safety awareness, and reliable execution. I’ve delivered restoration service as a 2024 Field Technician, enhanced guest experience and supported NFL Fan Code of Conduct policies in Buffalo Bills roles, and handled front desk/member support (including using RecDesk) at an athletic facility and golf course, while maintaining strong time management and a positive attitude.
