I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my skills in fan engagement and project management within a dynamic sports organization, fostering relationships and enhancing customer experiences.

I am a passionate sports management professional with a strong background in fan engagement and alumni relations. Currently, I serve as the Alumni Relations/Fan Engagement Assistant and Lead Youth Hockey Instructor for the New York Rangers, where I lead game day operations and orchestrate alumni visits. My role involves executing projects and initiatives that are crucial for the day-to-day operations of our Youth Hockey programs, enhancing relationships with current talent and alumni.

Previously, I worked as a Customer Solutions Representative at McMaster-Carr, where I honed my skills in customer service and data analysis. I effectively guided clients through our extensive inventory, ensuring their unique needs were met. My educational background includes a Master’s in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor’s in Sports Management from Rider University, further solidifying my expertise in the sports industry.
