As a Sales Associate / Supervisor at Dick’s Sporting Goods (Jan 2025–Current), I consistently exceeded sales goals for ScoreCard credit applications and protection plans by promoting value, building rapport, and overcoming customer objections. I also managed front-end operations and a cashier team, ensuring accurate transactions, cash control, and an efficient checkout flow.

I resolved customer concerns, processed returns, and de-escalated issues to maintain positive customer satisfaction. I train new associates in sales techniques, product policies, and customer engagement standards so the team can deliver a strong customer experience every day.

Before that, I coordinated athletic department operations and game-day events for multiple collegiate sports at California University of Pennsylvania (Aug 2021–Dec 2024). I handled scheduling, facility setup, compliance checks, equipment needs, and event logistics, serving as a communication link between coaches, athletes, facility staff, and administration to keep operations on schedule.
