I’m a detail-oriented Industrial Engineering & Management student currently working as a customer support and data quality agent. I review high-volume submissions for completeness and adherence to company guidelines, maintaining accuracy and compliance every day.

In my current role at Mindbridge Pvt. Ltd., I use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets/Workspace to perform regular audits and database clean-ups. I coordinate with cross-functional teams through CRM and Google Workspace to resolve submission issues quickly and professionally.

I’m comfortable delivering email and chat support to partners and stakeholders while applying strong time management and problem-solving to meet productivity and quality targets. I consistently streamline workflows by addressing recurring issues and improving the clarity of submissions.

I bring fluent English and Urdu communication, fast and accurate typing, and a consistent record of meeting accuracy and productivity targets in remote work settings. I’m open to roles across office administration, IT support, customer service, and entry-level business/engineering functions.
