At Pygmalion Public House Ltd, I own day-to-day delivery of a high-volume customer operation, handling more than 500 customer interactions per day. I manage cases from first contact through resolution and serve as a senior escalation point.

I’ve introduced process improvements that reduced wait times and improved satisfaction scores. I also develop service procedures and standards, and recruit, train, and support teams of up to 15 employees.

At Tires Diffusion SRL, I managed approximately 15 B2B accounts and 8 haulier partners across a portfolio worth €3–4M in annual revenue, maintaining 100% client retention throughout my tenure. I coordinated customer issues, logistics workflows, and import shipments from China into Europe.

At Tires Diffusion SRL, I designed a consolidated-delivery process that grouped multiple customers’ orders onto the same truck to reduce transport cost per delivery without losing service reliability. I work in English, Italian, and Spanish, and am currently undertaking Sales & Key Account Management training.
