I'm looking for a customer support, technical support, customer success, or operations role where I can own customer issues through resolution, apply my growing technical background, and work independently in a remote or international environment.

I've completed hundreds of online sales across digital marketplaces, managing customer communication from pre-sale questions through post-sale support. I investigate and resolve order, payment, shipping, tracking, and delivery issues while maintaining accurate digital records.

As a Software Engineering Monitor at Senac RJ, I supported students with software requirements, debugging, and structured problem solving. I explain technical concepts clearly and turn unclear problems into practical next steps.
