Lucas Albuquerque

I’m a Software Engineering student at Universidade de Rio Verde (UniRV) in Brazil, and right now I work as a Sales Executive at Saga Nissan. I handle direct, front-line customer service through the vehicle purchase process.

On a daily basis, I guide clients through documentation and bureaucratic requirements, including special cases like PCD benefits, CNPJ purchases, and taxi driver registrations. I also use ERP and database systems to manage client records, sales pipelines, and process documentation accurately.

I resolve day-to-day client issues and questions while adapting quickly to new tools, systems, and internal processes. I’m comfortable working with documentation and process management in fast-moving, customer-facing workflows.

With my technical background and customer support experience, I’m looking to move into a remote support role where I can combine clear communication, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving.
