I'm looking for a business analysis, operations, transformation, or project coordination role where I can turn stakeholder needs and operational data into clearer processes, practical digital workflows, and measurable improvements.

I've supported e-commerce implementation at Rocha & Soares, helping move approximately 40–50% of order volume from phone and email to an online customer area. I translate business needs into workflows, requirements, documentation, Excel-based tracking, and practical operational improvements.

Across Mysquare Real Estate/KW, independent SME advisory engagements, and current tram cleaning operations at Samsic Luxembourg/Luxtram, I coordinate stakeholders, transactions, resources, risks, and changing priorities.
