At Agfa-Gevaert, I led monthly KPI reporting, performance evaluation, cost-reduction initiatives, and the standardization of reporting structures. I also implemented a global NPS survey and delivered ad hoc analyses and special studies.

At M-net Telecommunications, I managed sales, revenue, and budget planning, strategic channel planning, sales control, and performance marketing initiatives. I further developed and automated KPI reporting while improving sales-support processes.

Earlier at BayernLB, I developed project databases and reporting systems, implemented data-quality measures, and improved a pricing tool. I'm an analytical problem solver who enjoys process optimization, automation, and collaborative work.
