At Matrix Energia, I built the employer branding function from zero, owning EVP positioning, channel strategy, budget, KPIs, competitive benchmarking, and the company’s first HRBP practice. I also built a referral program that now sources 40% of hires, increased LinkedIn engagement from 3% to 18%, and redesigned onboarding for 500+ employees, reaching a 9.75/10 experience score.

Previously at UnitedHealth Group/Amil, I led employer brand, people experience, and internal communications through a major Brazilian business transition.
