At Blaze, I lead remote events and employee experience initiatives for a multicultural, asynchronous workforce. I align design, content, and operations teams to improve team integration, onboarding, internal communication, and operational clarity.

I've delivered 13 large-scale international B2B events and corporate footprints, managing end-to-end planning, logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, invoices, supplier payments, budgets, and international travel.

I also designed an internal engagement platform in Notion, using relational databases and automated score calculations to measure employee participation. Previously, I managed international recruitment and onboarding at Blaze and Mundo Group.

At RotaExata, I set up the HR department from scratch, achieved a 93% eNPS score and under 6% turnover, and launched a leadership development program. I bring hands-on experience across employee lifecycle support, remote culture, HR operations, and people development.
