I'm leading Payments & Merchants at PayJustNow, where I manage three product managers across payment journeys, merchant tools, marketplace products, and partner integrations. I'm building the internal finance system behind reconciliation, settlements, invoicing, and the reconciliation engine.
Previously at Trusted Family, I led the redesign of Vaults, contributing more than €300k in new ARR within nine months. I shifted the roadmap from sales-led requests to structured discovery, RICE prioritisation, user research, usage analytics, automation-heavy workflows, and integrations.
I co-founded Reesrv and built its beauty-booking marketplace from zero, from product and releases through growth and early validation. At Frog, I launched the rider app from scratch, grew it to thousands of active users within nine months, and helped scale Portugal to the third-largest market by share within 18 months.
I've also owned strategy and delivery for salon POS, booking, analytics, and mobile check-in at Salon Ultimate, and led SAP-integrated web, mobile, and ecommerce delivery at ROFF. I work hands-on with customers, design, engineering, analytics, and AI coding tools.
