I'm currently supporting telemarketing sales at Medicare after more than seven years handling customer service operations at Via Livre, MEO, and NOS.
At Via Livre, I analyzed user portfolios, supported billing processes, handled inbound and outbound calls through Go Contact, routed complaints to Back Office, and processed emails, letters, and faxes in CRM software. I also trained incoming team members across operational functions.
I'm developing cybersecurity operations skills through the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, including SIEM, log analysis, Python, SQL, Linux, and incident response foundations. Earlier, I created print and digital design work for Grande Colégio, including book layouts, CD packaging, posters, invitations, and an HTML front-end for the school website.
