I'm looking to continue delivering personalised cruise and travel experiences, building lasting client relationships, and using my sales, customer-retention, and multilingual service experience to exceed expectations.

I'm a Senior Personal Cruise Consultant at Crystal Cruises, supporting travellers with personalised cruise planning and client service.

Before joining Crystal Cruises, I spent more than six years at Silversea Cruises as a Cruise Consultant and Senior Consultant for Private Travel EMEA. I focused on travel consulting, holiday packages, flights, VIP clients, customer retention, and exceeding sales goals.

My cruise-industry experience also includes five years with Princess Cruises, where I supported passengers, maintained visual and safety standards, managed merchandise and inventory, and trained colleagues.
