At IOG (Input Output Global) Cardano, I build Engineering teams and hiring pipelines for specialised roles across Engineering, Research and Leadership. I recruit in areas including Rust, Haskell, formal methods, cryptography and blockchain, sourcing through research papers, GitHub, academic networks and technical communities.
I’ve also built TA playbooks, structured scorecards and ATS processes, and partnered with senior leaders on hiring strategy and critical hires. Earlier, I recruited technical and legal professionals at Brook Street and delivered technical recruitment at Standard Chartered, Barclays Technology Centre of India, Pinwheel and Peoplefy.
