I’m looking to lead AI-first, end-to-end hiring for technology, product, and GTM teams, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, build proactive pipelines, and improve hiring quality, pace, process, and tooling.

I lead end-to-end technology, product, and GTM hiring at Cube Consult, partnering senior leaders across the UK, EMEA, APAC and globally to define hiring strategy, build proactive pipelines, and close senior talent.

I’ve led global engineering, technical, and commercial hiring for WorldFirst (Ant Group / Alibaba) and built LaToken’s talent function, ATS, and structured hiring process from scratch across three geographies.

I designed and deployed RecruitRite, a live AI recruitment platform that generates role briefs, sources candidates through GitHub and web search, and screens CVs into ranked shortlists. I use AI and public proof to improve hiring quality and pace, achieving a 95% offer acceptance rate and a 30% reduction in time-to-fill.
