What I'm looking for

I'm seeking work as a Technical Writer, where I can document technical processes, system configurations, and technical details for audiences such as clients, managers, and teammates.

Across my software development work, I routinely documented technical processes, system configurations, application changes, and test results. I enjoy explaining technical details to clients, managers, and teammates, and have researched topics, collaborated with technical experts, and reviewed submissions.

At Gainwell Technologies LLC, I documented project walkthroughs and test presentations for the WI Title XIX Medicaid project, following official department forms. I also coded and supported Medicaid applications and created Unix shell scripts and Pro*C applications.

At Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), I wrote and updated ATAAPS design documentation, including application changes, test results, Visio call-flow diagrams, and maintenance notes. I contributed the analysis phase of a Lean Six Green Belt project, submitting fishbone and scatter diagrams.
