What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-user device management and workspace support, strengthen device security and compliance, and mentor users through practical training—while continuously improving troubleshooting and support processes.

I’m a Digital Workspace Engineer with over two years of experience supporting end-user devices at Safaricom PLC. I focus on device management, software application support, and user training to keep people productive while keeping systems compliant.

I manage a fleet of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and peripherals—implementing encryption, remote wipe, and password policies. I conduct regular audits and monitor device health, performance, and utilization, while handling device security and compliance through ongoing assessments and vulnerability scans.

I also lead day-to-day troubleshooting and software installation, apply networking fundamentals, and support users across multiple communication channels. From asset tracking to device lifecycle management, I continuously improve processes so incidents reduce over time.
