At Resource IT Solutions, I provided advanced second- and third-level technical support for TJBA’s critical judicial systems, including PJE 2G, PROJUDI, BRBJUS, and CCM. I analyzed, diagnosed, and resolved complex incidents to help maintain system availability.

I worked directly with users and development teams to report bugs and suggest platform improvements.

At Solutis Tecnologias, I supported the stabilization and performance of PJE and trained TJBA judges, directors, and staff on the newly implemented PJE 2G.

At Tribunal de Justiça do Estado da Bahia, I coordinated PJE implementation, support, and training. I’m currently expanding my technical skills through studies in IT.
