What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an infrastructure-focused IT role where I can support Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments while growing in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

At Alakhe Conglomerate, I support Windows-based environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and operational IT infrastructure. I manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, device configuration, and remote support for offsite users.

I troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, remote connectivity, hardware, software, printer, and server-related incidents while working to SLA requirements. I document troubleshooting, support procedures, and knowledge-base updates to help maintain stable services.

I also built an enterprise Azure infrastructure lab with Windows Server 2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, file services, and PowerShell-managed identities. I’m focused on systems administration, cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous learning.
