In my Enterprise Windows Server 2022 Home Lab, I deployed a domain controller and configured local DNS and DHCP using Oracle VirtualBox.
I simulated user onboarding, organized users into Organizational Units, and configured Group Policy Objects around least privilege and role-based access control.
As a Technical Support Volunteer for a family business, I provided Level 1 support with hardware diagnostics, password resets, and email profile configuration. I also upgraded drives to SSDs and added RAM to improve system responsiveness.
I documented routine connectivity fixes for non-technical colleagues and completed Google IT Support and Cisco Networking Academy certificates. I’m excited to begin a career in IT support and keep learning.
