What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic partnerships, client retention, and revenue growth in digital advertising, AdTech, or performance marketing, using data, relationship building, and AI tools to improve client outcomes and team efficiency.

I've built and grown advertising partnerships across Decidetechologie, MGID, CX3 Ads, and Revcontent, managing client strategy, campaign performance, retention, and account expansion. At Revcontent, I managed more than 300 advertiser accounts and averaged $550,000 in monthly client revenue, reaching $1.2M gross in 2017.

As Director of Partnerships at Decidetechologie, I led client-facing strategy and execution for high-value accounts, owned retention and satisfaction metrics, and created standardized communication touchpoints and SOPs. I partnered with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align client goals with internal capabilities while supporting SDR coaching and long-term LTV qualification.

I'm an early adopter of AI tools for pipeline development and operational efficiency, and I bring a relationship-first, data-driven approach to digital advertising, AdTech, performance marketing, and client success.
