I've supported front-desk, office, and security operations for organizations including Toyota Kenya (CFAO), Equity Bank, General Electric Kenya Ltd, Novo Nordisk Kenya, and Clintec Imaging Center.

At Novo Nordisk Kenya, I welcomed doctors, clients, and staff; managed calls, emails, meeting bookings, confidential records, vendors, deliveries, invoices, travel, and office events. I also coordinated cleaning and fumigation services and kept daily office workflows on track.

My earlier G4S roles included access control, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, visitor management, vehicle check-in/check-out, parts verification, incident reporting, and control-room support. At Equity Bank, I led security officers, trained staff on emergency procedures, and coordinated with management on security protocols.

Most recently, I managed the reception desk at Clintec Imaging Center and tracked patient records in Excel for efficient reporting. I bring practical customer service, administration, logistics coordination, confidentiality, and operational support to busy environments.
