What I'm looking for
I’m a Receptionist with hands-on experience running office front-desk activities while keeping communications organized, welcoming clients professionally, and maintaining reliable day-to-day records. I bring a people-first approach with strong interpersonal skills and a dependable, high-integrity work ethic.
In earlier roles, I supported reception and correspondence processes through tasks like maintaining filing systems, opening and date-stamping general correspondence, directing visitors to the right offices, and keeping visitor and contact registers up to date. I also delivered hospitality service as a Hostess and Waitress—welcoming guests, ensuring comfort, and offering attentive service.
Since January 2018, I’ve worked as a Receptionist/Secretary/Accountant, maintaining the reception desk and office order while handling bank-slip confirmation and receipting to the right student. I type letters, photocopy and scan documents, manage general filing, forward parents’ complaints to the required persons, and provide clear payment summaries to leadership.
I also support the school’s financial administration by preparing weekly school expenses and income, and confirming monthly bank statements for all transactions. With training in Front Office Administration, Front Desk Techniques, and computer skills, I combine organized office procedures with confident guest/front-desk service to help teams operate efficiently.
