Since June 2024, I’ve designed, built, and tested AI workflow systems as an independent AI Automation Builder. My n8n lead-handling system connects an LLM agent and Pinecone RAG with lead confirmation, Supabase logging, and advisor email briefs.

I added deterministic safeguards around the model, including a database-backed confirmation gate, code-based routing, retries, and failure alerts. I also wrote and iterated a guardrailed prompt that answers only from approved documents and uses a human handoff rather than guessing.

I found and fixed defects including retrieval failures, leads sent without confirmation, misrouting, and false returning-visitor matches, then re-tested each fix. I set up Supabase/Postgres storage with row-level security and role-based access, plus a database-fed dashboard.

I tested the demo across English, Arabic, and French, and adapted the architecture for property and legal-intake demos. I’m self-taught, work with no-code and low-code tools, and use AI assistance for custom logic.
