I’m a customer service and sales professional built for fast-paced, high-volume environments. At Modivcare (remote), I delivered high-quality support through “high-volume digital and phone interactions,” coordinating NMT and NEMT services, verifying member eligibility, resolving complex issues, and maintaining accurate documentation with HIPAA compliance.
