I seek a customer-focused role in hospitality or HR where I can improve guest experience, optimize operations, and grow into leadership.

I am a hospitality and service professional with experience in hotels, front-desk operations, and HR placement support. I combine strong customer-service skills with operational attention to detail to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

At RENCCAS Hotels and Suites I supervised service delivery, managed bar inventory, and supported efficient check-in/out processes to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest feedback.
