At Teleperformance in Bogotá, I led customer service and content moderation teams of up to 40 collaborators from 2017 to 2023.
I managed KPIs, trained personnel, resolved critical cases, and provided backup coverage as Team Lead, ACCM, and Trainer. I bring effective communication, empathy, organization, planning, and a results-oriented approach to team leadership.
Since 2023, I've worked independently creating custom tattoo designs, logos, and visual brand identities. I manage clients, scheduling, biosafety, digital content creation, and social media.
I'm also trained in digital illustration and tattoo biosafety, and I work in English at B2 level and French at A1 level.
