Currently, I work at Xerox Lexmark, where I manage and optimize a centralized repository of 285+ reusable sales and proposal assets used across multiple markets. I support RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, administer proposal automation platforms such as Qvidian and Sequesto, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Subject Matter Experts.

My experience includes sales content management, knowledge management, proposal operations, process improvement, and multilingual content quality assurance. I have also contributed to AI-driven initiatives focused on improving proposal development, knowledge retrieval, and sales productivity.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Behavioral Economics and Decision Making. I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
