I'm looking to transition into SaaS or AI-driven environments where I can lead onboarding, user enablement, digital adoption, and long-term customer success.

I've spent 11+ years guiding users through complex digital systems in highly regulated environments, most recently at Banco de Chile.

There, I advised retail, preferred, and small-business customers on digital banking products through remote channels. I led digital adoption programs for 150 banking customers, increasing active digital product usage by 43% in 2025.

I designed onboarding journeys for small entrepreneurs that reduced time-to-first-value from two days to one. I also use needs analysis and gap assessments to uncover pain points across the digital banking journey.
