In my current role as Assistant Human Resources and Learning and Development Manager, I’m responsible for HR activities, associate training and development, onboarding, and culture development and maintenance.
At FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON KAMPALA, I ran training programs, created training content, and worked with department heads to identify training needs and gaps. I also prepared and presented training performance reports for the property.
Earlier, as Project Manager at GGAYI LOGISTICS LIMITED, I oversaw scheduling, deliveries, client instructions, and administrative work while handling team recruitment, onboarding, and development training. At FINE DINERS LTD, I helped open a catering business serving staff across three locations.
