I handle customer inquiries, orders, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and complaints at Melp Classic in Jos.

I've supported 150+ customer inquiries across three communication channels, helping customers with product availability, sizing, orders, and delivery status.

I resolve sizing, supplier, and logistics concerns through patient communication, follow-up, and problem-solving. I also track orders, maintain accurate customer records, and escalate unresolved inventory and delivery issues.

I'm building on more than two years of hands-on customer support experience while pursuing a B.Sc. in Science Laboratory Technology. I bring CRM knowledge, clear written and verbal communication, and a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
