I'm seeking a remote Customer Support Representative opportunity where I can deliver responsive, professional, and customer-focused support.

At Melp Classic, I respond to customer inquiries about product availability, sizing, orders, and delivery updates through phone and social media. I’ve handled more than 150 inquiries and assisted customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges.

I also process and track orders, maintain customer records, and follow up on complaints. When delivery or inventory issues arise, I escalate them to the relevant team members and follow up to support timely resolution.
