What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations and project delivery for complex, client-facing work, coordinating cross-functional teams, building reliable workflows, and managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

I've spent nearly six years running Kabuki, the Lisbon content agency I co-founded, delivering creative projects for teams at Meta, Google, Microsoft, McKinsey, Bain, and large fintechs.

I coordinate up to 15 concurrent client engagements, setting timelines, managing expectations, tracking dependencies and blockers, and catching risks before they become missed deadlines.

I manage a seven-person team across time zones and built Kabuki's operational workflows and documentation standards from scratch, from client onboarding through planning, execution, and closeout.

Before Kabuki, I ran more than 25 content and policy projects at Wadhwani AI and led editorial, reporting, and cross-functional projects at The Economic Times, Business Standard, and The Ken.
