At PCI – Creative Science Park, I designed and managed FIT 2.0 and 28DIGITAL, supporting 40+ startups in business development, growth strategy, and partner engagement.

At Acelera Angola, I led Orange Corners Angola and designed four program tracks. I also launched and managed the growth track of LISPA, a fintech initiative supervised by Angola's central bank, BNA.

As Project Manager at Acelera Angola, I managed recurring LISPA editions and programs including Restart / Rise Up and Meet the Tôshikas. I coordinated more than 25 program editions and supported 300+ startups and entrepreneurs, while building delivery processes, SOPs, and reporting frameworks.

I founded Siberfy, an early-stage venture that won a Startup Voucher from IAPMEI. I’m currently applying AI tools such as Claude and Base44 to build lightweight digital tools and automate workflows.
