I’m an operations-focused professional with 1 year of hands-on experience in structured research, cross-functional coordination, and data-backed decision-making. I’m at my best when I take a loosely defined ask, narrow it to what truly fits, and then defend the choice with evidence.

At Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, I owned end-to-end deployment of an RFID-based asset tracking system, coordinating engineering and equipment vendors to reach 100% scan compliance across all 4 production lines. I tracked KPIs across monitoring systems, used structured root-cause analysis to resolve bottlenecks under peak load, and converted time-motion and performance findings into recommendations that reduced downtime.

I also build executive-facing dashboards and reports that translate operational data into decisions leadership can act on quickly. Outside work, I run self-initiated market and trend research—benchmarking Swiggy/Zomato/Dunzo and developing last-mile optimization test plans—because I genuinely enjoy aligning the right product for the right customer at the right price.
