What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client-centered care operations where I can improve service quality, build reliable care teams, and help older adults maintain independence.

I co-direct Green Oak Home Care Services, a private-pay non-medical home care agency serving seniors across the North Shore and Metro Vancouver. I lead 24/7 operations, from in-home safety and fall-risk assessments to individualized care plans that support aging in place.

I recruit, onboard, train, and supervise caregiving staff while maintaining scheduling, shift coverage, quality assurance, incident reporting, and provincial home care standards. I also grow client relationships through healthcare and retirement-residence referral partnerships, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and the company website.

My kinesiology background informs my work in mobility, safe transfers, exercise prescription, injury prevention, and health promotion. I also bring customer-facing sales experience, youth activity programming, and basketball coaching, with a UBC-certified foundation in motivational interviewing.
